Easter Make and Take!

Since our St. Paddy's Make and Take was such a hit, we decided to have another for Easter. This one was hosted by my soulmate Jeri. In this first picture, our five girls (which are a mix of Jeri's granddaughters and a friend of mine's niece.) are anxiously waiting for their pizza so we can begin crafting.

Their first project was to decorate an Easter basket cut from the Easter 2010 Cricut Cartridge with flowers, ribbons, sequins and bunnies. They all did such a good job!
Next, Jeri got these awesome candy necklace sets for them to make and the candy charm on them are cute white bunnies.
Their last project was to color a confetti egg that Jeri had made for them. They loved it! Aren't their little faces too adorable.
Here are all their project done and ready to take home. We had little goodie bags with special plastic eggs and some candy for them to take and their baskets held their egg and necklace!
Of course, as with any Make and Take we had a photo shoot! Here is me and my little crafting cuties!!
Hope you like it!

Throwback Thursday Challenge!! Cricut Lite!

Hello! This time for Emma's Throwback Thursday Challenge we have to create a one or two page layout using a Cricut Lite Cartridge. The cartridge I chose is Meow!
This picture I took of my cat, Jack Mamba in our backyard this past fall. He stands out so much I had to make a page for him.
Here is my 12x12 layout! The background paper is from DCWV The Pets Stack! The strip of striped paper along the left side, and the paper used to mat the photo are also from this same stack. This Cartridge and this Stack coordinate so well!
The title "Here Kitty" and the paw border are both cut at approx. 3" I did my best to use solid colors that match the background paper.
My ATG gun helped me put all the elements of this page in place! This was a fun challenge, can't wait for the next one!
Hope you like it!

My Nephews First Soccer Game!

My sweethearts darling nephew had his very first soccer game today! He is 4yrs old and just about the smartest little boy I've ever met. I was so honored to be a part of his special day so I made him a little card for luck!

Here is my A2 card. The patterned background paper is Soccer Balls from Joanns
The Ball is cut at 3" from the Soccer Cricut Solutions Cartridge. I didn't care for the soccer ball cuts they had so I cut out the trophy out and just cut off the base.
The sentiment is embossed in white with a stamp from a set I have called Greetings!
Hope you like it!
