My Pink Stamper National Scrapbook Day Challenge #1!!

This is my second year participating in The Pink Stamper's National Scrapbook Challenges, and let me say they are a BLAST!! It's so much fun to try to get them all done in an hour. This year I started late, but I'll catch up!
For the first Challenge we need to make anything using a cupcake! I figured a birthday card would be best.

I used a cupcake from Straight From The Nest cut at 4" with glittered and patterned paper for the frosting and wrapper.
The background paper is from The Sweet Stack Mat Stack from DCWV.
My ribbon is 1/4 green form Wal-Mart and I used Sticky-Doos to add dimension.
The sentiment is from MPS Stamp Set Family & Friends.
Stamped in Vivid purple.
Hope you like it!
On to Challenge #2!

Mother's Day Make and Take 2011!

Today we got our girls together for their Mother's Day Make and Take! This time we worked backwards. We had our photo shoot first then we headed inside for pizza and our craft!

Here are me and all my little darlings!
Their aprons were made by Jeri, and the hairties I put together last night.
The bouquet we threw together last minute for the girls to hold in their indiviual picture.
Here they are getting started on their project.
They all are about to decorate 2 photo frames with all sorts of cut-outs and embellishments we provided.

They had flowers and hearts cut from Hello Kitty Font Cartridge at different sizes, and they also had the word Mama cut from the Groovy Times Cartridge at 2'
They also had Pom-Poms, brads, and buttons to use for their flower centers.
Here is my little dolly holding up her beautiful frame oh so proudly!
Below are all of their frames for Mommy ready to be filled with the beautiful photos we took as they arrived!
At the top of the picture you can see their goodie popcorn boxes filled with a monogrammed notepad, a pencil, and a jar of bubbles.
We had so much fun designing these just for mom!

Here are two of my little beauties who finished their frame first!
I hope their mamas like them!
Happy Mother's Day!

Hope you like it!

Last Day of School and Teacher Appreciation!

Well yesterday was the last day of class! For this semester anyway. Since Tuesday was Teacher Appreciation Day I decided to make Thank-you's for my four professors I had this semester. I truly appreciate all they do.

Of course my card is A2 size.
The background paper is from the Faith Stack at Hobby Lobby.
My swirly apple is from the Cricut Lite Celebrate with Flourish Cartridge and is cut at 2".
My sentiment is from the Greetings stamp set.
I used my beloved ATG to put it all together and Sticky-Doos to give my apple dimension.
The 1/4" tan satin ribbon is from Joanns.
Hope you like 'em!

Inspired Heart Thank-You Card!

My boyfriend's Nana volunteers her time at our Cathedral and she asked my mother and I to take the gifts up to the altar for Palm Sunday Mass!! We were so honored and excited so my Mama asked me to make her a thank-you card. Here's what I came up with.

The Holy Grail is cut from The Inspired Heart Cricut Lite Cartidge at 3 1/2"
The paper is from the Faith Stack. Both of these coordinate really well.
A corner rounder and border punch added dimension.
My sentiment is stamped in Christmas green ink and the stamp is from Elegant Greetings.
Hope you like it!

Easter Make and Take!

Since our St. Paddy's Make and Take was such a hit, we decided to have another for Easter. This one was hosted by my soulmate Jeri. In this first picture, our five girls (which are a mix of Jeri's granddaughters and a friend of mine's niece.) are anxiously waiting for their pizza so we can begin crafting.

Their first project was to decorate an Easter basket cut from the Easter 2010 Cricut Cartridge with flowers, ribbons, sequins and bunnies. They all did such a good job!
Next, Jeri got these awesome candy necklace sets for them to make and the candy charm on them are cute white bunnies.
Their last project was to color a confetti egg that Jeri had made for them. They loved it! Aren't their little faces too adorable.
Here are all their project done and ready to take home. We had little goodie bags with special plastic eggs and some candy for them to take and their baskets held their egg and necklace!
Of course, as with any Make and Take we had a photo shoot! Here is me and my little crafting cuties!!
Hope you like it!

Throwback Thursday Challenge!! Cricut Lite!

Hello! This time for Emma's Throwback Thursday Challenge we have to create a one or two page layout using a Cricut Lite Cartridge. The cartridge I chose is Meow!
This picture I took of my cat, Jack Mamba in our backyard this past fall. He stands out so much I had to make a page for him.
Here is my 12x12 layout! The background paper is from DCWV The Pets Stack! The strip of striped paper along the left side, and the paper used to mat the photo are also from this same stack. This Cartridge and this Stack coordinate so well!
The title "Here Kitty" and the paw border are both cut at approx. 3" I did my best to use solid colors that match the background paper.
My ATG gun helped me put all the elements of this page in place! This was a fun challenge, can't wait for the next one!
Hope you like it!

My Nephews First Soccer Game!

My sweethearts darling nephew had his very first soccer game today! He is 4yrs old and just about the smartest little boy I've ever met. I was so honored to be a part of his special day so I made him a little card for luck!

Here is my A2 card. The patterned background paper is Soccer Balls from Joanns
The Ball is cut at 3" from the Soccer Cricut Solutions Cartridge. I didn't care for the soccer ball cuts they had so I cut out the trophy out and just cut off the base.
The sentiment is embossed in white with a stamp from a set I have called Greetings!
Hope you like it!
